Information we collect

PulseGrid TV collects account information such as your name, email address, mobile phone number when you provide it, billing details, service preferences, and support communications. We also receive technical information needed to operate and secure the portal, such as device, browser, and request records.

How we use information

We use account information to provide and secure the service, provision and support customer accounts, process billing, send service notices that you request, and respond to support requests. SMS messages are limited to the account and service notification program described at signup unless you provide a separate consent for another program.

SMS and mobile information

If you opt in to PulseGrid SMS notifications, we record the time, source, and technical evidence of your consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is disclosed only to service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the messages you requested, or when required by law.

Retention and choices

We retain account and consent records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, satisfy legal obligations, and demonstrate compliance. You can update your phone number or revoke SMS consent from Account > Profile, or by replying STOP to a PulseGrid message.
