Service
PulseGrid TV provides a customer portal, account support, playlist delivery, and related service tools. Availability, catalog contents, and supported upstream sources can change. You are responsible for using the service only where permitted by applicable law and the terms of your own provider and player software.
Accounts and billing
You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your customer portal. Services are provided for the term shown on the applicable invoice. Unless an invoice says otherwise, subscriptions do not auto-renew; renewal requires a new payment or an operator-approved manual renewal.
SMS notifications
SMS is optional. By checking the SMS consent box and providing a mobile number, you authorize PulseGrid TV to send account and service notifications to that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can revoke consent in your account profile or by replying STOP.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the portal, share credentials in a way that violates your plan, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use PulseGrid systems to distribute unlawful content or messages. We may suspend access when necessary to protect customers, providers, or the service.
